Most items are made to order, As I'm a Small store and have to order most of my supplies, there will be up to a 3 week turnaround on most clothing with HTV designs. Epoxy items turnaround will be up to 4 weeks depending on the item. Crochet items, we will discuss turnaround time prior to order, as it will depend 100% upon the item being ordered. Orders require a deposit of half up front. the remainder due upon completion, Custom orders containing a name, require the full purchase price paid at time of ordering and there will be no refunds.
